This year's Learning Summit offers something for everyone in today's talent development field and digital learning landscape.

Session One:  Digital Learning: Embrace it!  Engage them! A Panel Discussion (9am-11:15am)

Thomas Toth will provide color commentary as our Subject Matter Expert during the morning session featuring a panel of digital learning practitioners that will share recent experiences in analyzing needs, creating content, building e-learning environments and delivering content digitally.

Presenters will include Chuck Herbst (USAA),  Joel Lamoreaux (Deluxe Corporation), and Moderator Jamie Lanphear (USAA).

Session Two:  Digital Learning: Energize us!  Networking, Lunch & Keynote Speaker (11:30am-1:30pm)

Thomas Toth will return for a presentation on why digital learning is so important in today’s learning landscape, and will share information on the following:

  1. To introduce a positive mindset around the importance and efficacy of digital learning options as part of a blended learning approach.
  2. To provide examples of practical applications of your approach to digital learning that will motivate participants to expand their thinking and skills in relation to digital learning.
  3. To refer participants to resources for expanding their approach to digital learning.
  4. To share your tips for engaging learners across digital mediums.

Session Three:  Digital Learning Resources: Hands-On (1:45pm-2:45pm)

Curated and presented by Kimberli Jeter, CLO for Pyxera Global.

There’s always “an app for that!”  And Kimberli has curated the latest and greatest resources for digital learning.  So bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone so you can follow along. Internet connections will be available.

Session Four:   Learning Expo & Cocktails (3:00pm-5:00pm)

Join us for cocktails and a walk about with your peers as they highlight their favorite digital tools, content and resources.  No sales pitch, just good practitioner-to-practitioner networking & sharing.

Session Five:  Bristol Brewing Karma Hour (5:00pm-6:00pm)

We’ll leave the classroom behind and cross the hall to the microbrewery, where $1 of every beer purchased will go to Pikes Peak ATD to help fund outreach programs. This event is open to the public, so invite everyone from your office!
